Sammy Begins a New Life

Sammy, a two-year-old goat, had been tethered with little access to food and water. He was emaciated, malnourished, anemic, infested with lice, full of worms, unneutered, and dehorned. His ear was torn and hooves overgrown.

At the end of April, Sammy found safety and a new life at Leilani Farm Sanctuary. He is now receiving special care to help him heal and regain his strength. Amazingly, he is a friendly and affectionate goat, despite the cruelty inflicted on him.

Once Sammy’s health is restored, he will join the Sanctuary goat herd and enjoy the happy life he deserves.
